Not sure if this is a short-billed for sure it could be a long-billed, let me know.

A Short-billed Dowitcher freshens up at the end of the day.
Long or Short Billed Dowitcher?
Long-Billed - Black cap, barred underparts, barred tail. Short-billed -spotted underparts, white eyebrow, white chin. I'm now leaning towards Short-billed but not 100% certain.
