Anna's Hummingbird

A few weeks ago the male Anna's we buzzbombing everything that moved, the weather was mild and they we staking out territory. Since winter struck our island recently the Anna's are saving their energy for survival.

Varied Thrush

So we were having this wonderful almost spring weather then.. wham..winter, so much snow! The upside is a few snow days plus a good friend that invite me out to shoot today fortunately we didn't have far to go to find these beautiful thrushes.
