All gangly fours were headed our way when baby moose decided to have a spazz attack (a term we used when our cat would charge around the house). Both calves had a lot of energy after their nap. This one was playing, it ran through the forest and then ran over to us. We in turn decided to run away, lol. Again no reaction from Mother Moose.
It is hard to believe an animal as large as a moose can survive and thrive on plants.
