Those dark holes with paths leading to them are bear or wildlife tunnels. They can appear or disappear in an instant.
Not sure how a bear can wander through thick bush and look so clean, I sure don't look that good after bush whacking lol.
From a day out on the water, we found 4 Brown bears that day.
